Students often feel a lot of pressure to perform well in an academic setting. Day-to-day stressor combined with uncertainty about the future can impact one’s mood and lead to maladaptive coping behaviors (e.g., procrastination).

The purpose of this webinar is to provide you with strategies for maintaining your mood in the face of stress by relying on adaptive coping behaviors. This is an interactive webinar where you will have opportunities to participate and engage in discussions with peers in breakout rooms.
