This workshop is aimed at improving students’ overall wellness, including stress management and healthy living. We will discuss:

  • Facts about stress and international students in Canada
  • How to identify common stressors and manage symptoms of stress
  • How to form positive habits
  • Experience an intention-setting meditation activity, where you can practice mindfulness.
