Airport pickup services are available through AirFlight Services, a third-party provider. While we remind you that this service is not complimentary and there is a charge, NCT will help facilitate your pickup by forwarding your flight information to AirFlight Services, who will contact you to book a pickup. If you would like to use this service or are interested in receiving an estimate, please complete this form and email it to email@example.com at least three (3) business days before your flight. We will contact you with the next steps once we have received the completed and signed form.
For airport pickup services arranged by Airflight Services, the driver will be waiting in the Arrivals area, holding up a sign with the Niagara College – Toronto logo on it along with your name. The service includes a one-and-a-half-hour (90-minute) wait time; if your flight is delayed by more than one and a half hours, the driver will leave the airport.
If you cannot locate the pickup driver, you MUST contact them using the telephone number provided in the pickup confirmation email. If you do not see the driver and have not contacted them, the airport pickup fee will not be refunded.
