There are many acceptable methods of payment.
Payment methods: Wire Transfer, MasterCard, Visa, Direct Debit (USA), China Union Pay, and AliPay & Wechat eWallets (China).
Niagara College has partnered with CIBC to provide students with a faster, cheaper and more secure way to pay study expenses.
This new payment platform gives students better exchange rates with lower banking fees and students can monitor their payments online to know when their payment has been received by Niagara College.

Statement of account and payment receipt
Once a payment has been made, you will be able to view and download a Statement of Account and Payment Receipt on NCToronto Student Portal.

By selecting this link, you will be connected into the International Student Pay Payment Portal, which provides access to many methods of payment, including Wire Transfer, MasterCard, Visa, Direct Debit (USA), China Union Pay, and AliPay & Wechat eWallets (China).
Canadian Payment
PAYING BY CANADIAN BANK ACCOUNT OR CANADIAN VISA OR MASTERCARD

Using your bank’s bill payment, select Niagara College or Niagara College Tuition as the bill payment then use your 7 digit Niagara College student ID located on your Letter of Acceptance as the account number
Note: Do not select Niagara College Welland or Niagara College NOTL as these are used by the residence.
PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE ONLINE AT THE FOLLOWING WEBSITES:
Paying by Canadian Issued Visa or Mastercard
Payments can be made using a Visa or Mastercard. A non-refundable 2.25% service fee will apply. The service fee is billed at a rate of 2.25% and is paid directly to and retained by Moneris Solutions. As it is not a Niagara College fee, it will not appear as a transaction in your student account. Instead, it will appear as a separate item on your credit card statement as Conv Fee Niagara College, Etobicoke ON.
Your payment will reflect on our student account the following business day. For inquiries please email intlfees@niagaracollegetoronto.ca and provide your 7 digit Niagara College student ID.
All payments originating in India via the CIBC payment portal, located on our Payments webpage, will no longer feature Canadian dollars (CAD) as a payment option. This is to avoid additional charges associated with making payments in CAD and to ensure students receive the most competitive rates.
Please keep in mind, fees need to be received by the due date indicated on your invoice.

Please refer to page 6 on your Letter of Acceptance.
LATE TUITION AND ANCILLARY FEE PAYMENT
Tuition fees are due by the due date indicated on your invoice. A late fee (penalty) of $150 will be applied to your account if the term fees are not received in full by the due date. Late payment fees are non-refundable.
If you are unable to make your payment by the required due date, please visit the International Student Accounts Office at your campus to discuss your account.
Please be advised of the following:
- International wire payments take 5-10 business days to be processed.
- Online payments within Canada (bill payments) take 2-3 business days to be processed.
Payments must be in your student account by the due date. Failure to do so will make you subject to the late fee. Please pay in advance of the due date taking the processing time of your payment into consideration.
