Housing Options
Neither Niagara College – Toronto (NCT) supervises or regulates rentals but has made many resources available, including the portals below, to assist in your search for housing through our Housing team. We strongly recommend that all housing requests be made no later than one month before arrival.
Homestays & Homeshares
Homestaying and homesharing offer a unique housing solution that benefits both homeowners and students. In these types of arrangements, homeowners rent out spare rooms or suites in their homes to students, providing affordable accommodation while fostering a sense of community and companionship. Students receive a private room or suite, with a private or shared bathroom as well as shared access to the kitchen in the home. Typically, such options are more affordable for students looking for spaces to live on a budget. Additionally, some hosts may offer students a discount on rent in exchange for assistance with household duties.
