Important Dates and Deadlines for Winter Term 2023

Please note below some important upcoming dates and deadlines regarding the Winter 2023 Term at Niagara College – Toronto (NCT). You may also refer to Important Dates.

*Kindly note that students must arrive in Canada by January 2^nd to attend the mandatory, in-person New Student Orientation on January 3^rd.  All students must physically be in Canada with a valid study permit approval for the Winter 2023 Term.

Winter 2023 Term Dates and Deadlines

November 25^th 

• Payment Deadline for Returning Students

December 1^st

Last day to upload proof of visa approval to the NCToronto Student Portal

*Visa approvals submitted after this will be subject to seat availability

• Once visa approval is submitted, please secure housing for your stay in Toronto. Our Housing Support Team is here to provide assistance with accommodations. Contact housing@niagaracollegetoronto.ca or visit Housing for more information.

December 8^th

• Timetable selection opens at 9:00am EST for NEW STUDENTS

New students will be able to confirm their timetable via the NCToronto Student Portal

December 9^th

• Timetable selection opens at 9:00am EST for RETURNING STUDENTS

Returning students will be able to confirm their timetable via the NCToronto Student Portal

December 23^rd – 27^th

Holiday Closure (College closed)

Observed Holiday: New Year’s Eve (College closed)

January 2^nd

Observed Holiday: New Year’s Day (College closed)

January 3^rd

Last day to register and/or change sections via the NCToronto Student Portal

January 20^th

Last day to withdraw with a refund
